CineIndicator is an aggregate score for a film, based on four sets of ratings from the public and two sets of ratings from critics. Scores are made comparable by putting each on a linear percentage scale. The six sets of ratings are combined as a weighted average, based on the results of statistical analysis of a large data set of ratings. We also present information from CinemaScore where available, but do not include this in the calculation.
